We are looking for a talented and dynamic account management professional to join the Client Success team. You must have a proven track record of developing long-term relationships with assigned customers, connecting with key stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet their needs. Our account management professionals work daily to support the marketing needs of our customers and ensure we remain a strategic partner to them. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be the one driving the growth of something great!

Are you an ambitious, high energy, hard-working, successful client success manager with experience in the marketing arena that has worked with a variety of customers? You must have a proven track record of servicing your accounts. The role requires the candidate to work independently and be resourceful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with severity requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Do you have:

  • 2+ years of solid account management experience
  • Proven track record of being one of the best of the best at account management in the marketing arena
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A BA/BS/AA degree or equivalent.

SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Austin, TX

We are growing and looking to add a Senior Ruby on Rails developer who is excited about working on a cutting-edge Rails stack with a lot of greenfield development. SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Austin, TX

As a software engineer at eRelevance, you will be responsible for designing solutions, building great features, writing solid code and leading and mentoring other developers as needed. You’ll need to learn new technologies on your own without formal instruction, drive to improve the overall quality of the code and completely re-architect parts of the system in production without causing downtime or functional issues. In addition, you’ll be responsible for deploying software to production and maintaining production systems.
